Ignorance

Even when things seem great all around
The smallest of stones can bring it all down
Don't take things for granted,
It can all end
Then you're left wondering,
"How do I mend?"

"What do I do?
Where do I go?
Was it all for nothing?
How can I know?"

To have hope for an answer,
To have faith things will work out
Am I stupid for trying,
When around me there's doubt?

The truth is right there, in front of my face,
The inevitable happened,
Having won the race

But still I sit here,
With hope in my heart
That all will be fixed,
No more, torn a part.
